Seehau™ Key Features

Real-Time emulation at maximum chip speed

The emulator enables you to debug your design at full speed in real time. The Nohau technology allows emulation at speeds up to 100 MHz for selected microcontrollers.

Advanced tracing capabilities

  • Up to eight separate levels for triggering
  • Complex filtering setup
  • Up to 512K deep trace buffer, some over 150 bits wide.
  • Up to 40 bits of timestamp.

Advanced tracing has the ability to cascade trigger events, including a trigger that occurs after "x" number of times; along with the ability to filter out/in code or data from the trace capture.

Configurable user interface with remote

Seehau is divided into two different applications: (see image below)

  • CORE:
This is the server, that communicates with the hardware through an NT or VXD (Windows 95/98) driver.
The server  also contains the file loaders, symbol table, and family specific options.
  • GUI:
The GUI application is identical for all Nohau emulators.
It interfaces with the users to present and receive information.

High speed connection to PC through USB, parallel port (LPTx) or plug-in ISA card

Choice of Interfaces to your PC:

  • PC Plug-in: ISA board.
  • PC Parallel Port: Connected through the computer's printer port (LPTx).
  • USB
