When it comes to programming your embedded Flash devices, the IdeoLogic Flash Programmer will save you time, resources and money.

The Flash Programmer enables an embedded processor’s target flash memory to be read, merged, programmed and verified via the BDM port built into the microcontroller (see related EE TIMES article "Finding Use for Background Debug"). Used in conjunction with the SmartPort adapter or Nohau emulator, the Flash Programmer makes an excellent high-speed development and production tool.

The SmartPort adapter provides a direct connection between an IBM-PC or compatible and a target system's BDM port interface header. The SmartPort adapter simplifies the PC interface by connecting directly to the printer port of desktop or laptop computers, yet contains intelligence to provide the highest download rates available. An excellent tool for high volume production or field updates and diagnostics.
