Analog/Digital Interfaces for CAN Networks

The CANio modules from IXXAT are intelligent modules for the connection of analog and digital signals via CAN-based networks. Thanks to the universal approach, the devices are versatile and can also be adapted very quickly and cost-effectively to specific requirements on request.

The CANio range currently includes two variants, the CANio 100, as the basic module, and the CANio 500, as an independent device.

CANio 100

The CANio 100 can be integrated directly into customers' devices. The areas of application here are sensor groups or interface devices where a large number of analog and digital inputs and outputs as well as other interfaces, such as text displays, have to be connected to a CAN system. The CANio 100 is a tried and tested, and fully qualified module (based
for example on the railway standard EN50155) for integration into various areas of application.

CANio 500

The CANio 500 is suitable for use as an independent device. It enables fast and extremely flexible connection of various signals to a CAN or CANopen network – whether in test set-ups, component test benches or vehicles.

If the CANio devices presented do not meet all your requirements for interfaces, design or CAN protocols, the devices can be quickly adapted to your customer-specific requirements.
